It can not only produce high-precision and high-quality products in high productivity, but also process a wide variety of plastics and wide use, so injection molding is one of the important molding methods in plastic processing.
Injection process: three parts in total: one is pre molding metering, two is injection filling, three is cooling and finalizing
Pre molding process: first, dry the plastic according to the material requirements, such as the ABS drying temperature is 80 ℃, the drying time is 1-2 hours, or the engineering materials must be dehumidified with a temperature extractor to achieve the effect of no moisture and no moisture. Then start the pre molding process: heat the outer part of the dissolving drum to obtain the required temperature through heat balance, then add the rubber material in the solid particle state into the hopper, and send the rubber material to the dissolving drum through the screw feeding method. Because of the high temperature conduction, the granular plastic is plasticized by heat energy, and then the particle state is transformed into viscous liquid state. Moreover, the Under the shear and compression of the screw thread, the density and viscosity are uniform, which is the first process to complete the pre molding.
Injection mold filling process: this process is to inject plastic into the mold cavity from the measuring chamber, that is, the gun barrel through the driving force of the screw. This process is divided into two stages: the first stage, the liquid rubber enters the mold cavity through the screw through the mold pump, until the mold cavity is filled; the second stage is the pressure maintaining stage, when the first stage is injected After completion, the injection pressure must be maintained to maintain the liquid flow, so that the liquid in the mold cavity can be further pressured and the product density can be increased before it is completely cooled, which is the role of pressure maintaining. The whole process is called injection molding.
